Notes from the dealer
The suspension tuning on that generation M-Class is very Mercedes: smooth over bumps, stable at highway speeds, and it doesnt feel floaty like some older SUVs. Even with age, a well-kept one can still feel solid and composed.Thats exactly what you want to hear from an ML350when theyre healthy, they feel solid, smooth, and confidence-inspiring on the road.
Peace of mind

Love it!
by DDADDA on 4/6/2026 3:40:35 PM
I've had her for over five years now with very few problems & only a new set of tires needed at first. I bought her at 87K miles. Now have 108K miles. Just recently had to replace the spark plugs & coils, but that's to be expected. New wipers every so often. Seats, headliner, panorama roof, windows, etc. are all still very nice & fully functioning. The plastic dash has cracked in a few areas, but what do you want for almost 12-yo material? Smooth ride, & truly a pleasure to drive & ride in. Handles great in the Central Illinois snow! Love the heated & cooled seats. Wish it had a heated steering wheel. The lighted Mercedes emblem on the front of the car is fun. Don't bother with running boards as an option. Very flimsy. All in all, two thumbs up!!! - 5.0
It does everything
by Erik Rooney on 3/13/2026 3:15:24 PM
I have had mine for a few years. It's been very reliable and now with 212K on the clock, I wouldn't hesitate to drive her across the country. They get a bad rap for the COMMAND negotiation. I got used to the navigating of it and love mine. - 5.0
A great SUV but poor trade-in values
by Benjamin on 5/26/2025 1:56:14 AM
Our 2014 ML has 60000 miles and only for family usage. It was maintained well at MB dealership and parked in covered garage. It does not only have shiny look but also mechanically smooth. Based on the good experience, we were thinking to trade in for a Mercedes hybrid just for energy efficiency, but the value their dealership gave their own vehicle are way too low, about 10%of our buy in price, the same price we traded in our 11 year old Toyota Camary 11 years ago for this ML.
